Arbitrage, Explained Through Stark Transporte
Arbitrage sounds like a trading term, but it is the backbone of many honest businesses. How I think about it — and how it shapes Stark Transporte.

People often ask me what kind of businesses I build. My short answer: arbitrage businesses.
That word usually makes people think of stock traders. But arbitrage, at its core, is very simple: you see a gap between where value is and where it is needed — and you close that gap better than anyone else.
The gap in transport
In transport and logistics, the gap is everywhere. On one side there are customers who need goods moved reliably, on time and without drama. On the other side there is capacity — vehicles, drivers, routes — that is not always used well.
Stark Transporte lives in that gap. Our job is to match demand with capacity, and to do it with discipline:
- Reliability — a delivery promised is a delivery kept.
- Efficiency — every empty kilometre is wasted margin and wasted fuel.
- Clear communication — customers should never have to chase us for information.
Why arbitrage businesses are underrated
They are not glamorous. They do not need a revolutionary invention. But they reward exactly the things a young entrepreneur can control: hard work, attention to detail, fair prices and a good reputation.
You do not need to invent a new world. You need to make the existing one work a little better than it did yesterday.
What I have learned
Running a transport business has taught me more about people, pricing and patience than any book. I will share more of those lessons here over time — the mistakes included.
