Stark Galabau: Building Something That Grows

My upcoming venture brings the same operating principles to garden and landscape construction. Why Galabau, why now, and what Stark Galabau will stand for.

A freshly landscaped garden with a natural stone path, trimmed hedges and a wheelbarrow.

My next business is called Stark Galabau — Garten- und Landschaftsbau, garden and landscape construction.

At first glance, landscaping and transport have nothing in common. Look closer and they share everything that matters to me: real customers, real work, clear results and a market where reliability is rarer than it should be.

Why Galabau

Ask anyone who has tried to get a garden built or redesigned. The common stories are the same: quotes that never arrive, projects that drag on, prices that change halfway through.

That is an opportunity. Not to reinvent the craft — the craft is old and good — but to run it well.

What Stark Galabau will stand for

  • Honest quotes — clear, written, and kept.
  • Skilled crews — people who take pride in their work, and are paid fairly for it.
  • Lasting results — outdoor spaces built to last decades, not seasons.
  • Respect for time — the customer's and our team's.

Building with young people

A trade business is also one of the best places for young people to learn responsibility, skill and entrepreneurship. I want Stark Galabau to be a place where young people can start, grow, and maybe one day start something of their own.

A garden is a promise to the future. So is every business worth building.

I will share the journey of building Stark Galabau here — from the first projects to the first hires.
